By collectors, for collectors. We listen to the community. Listings that fail third-party authentication get pulled. Accounts that don’t meet community-trust standards get closed. If you think we got it wrong, contact support. written appeal review within 7 business days.
Seller commission: 7.5%. No insertion fees, no listing-upgrade upsell, no subscription. That’s it on our side.
What the buyer pays. Listed price + Transaction fee (3.5%) + shipping, itemized at checkout. No buyer’s premium, no surprises.
Listing caps for new sellers. New seller accounts start in a provisional tier until 5 qualifying transactions are completed. defined as fully paid, delivered, with no buyer-escalated dispute or chargeback within the 14-day buyer-protection window. During this tier: max $2,500 per listing and $10,000 total active listing value. Upon promotion to standard tier: $25,000 per-listing cap. Listings priced above $25,000 must use Concierge Consignment. Grail Den may revert tier status if transactions are found to be fraudulent or artificially structured.
Provenance standards. Listings should include third-party authentication documentation from a recognized source. Recognized sources include but are not limited to: a Certificate of Authenticity from Propstore, Heritage Auctions, Bonhams, or Profiles in History, or a Screen Grade Letter of Opinion. Sellers may petition Grail Den to recognize an alternative source; approval is documented and at Grail Den’s sole discretion. Listings lacking recognized authentication documentation undergo enhanced review. If a listing’s provenance is materially in question, Grail Den will: (1) email the seller a summary of the concern, (2) provide a 72-hour cure period for additional documentation or voluntary delisting, (3) if unresolved, remove the listing pending appeal. Appeals follow the Listing Suspension Appeal process within 14 days of removal. Removal authority is tiered. any GD admin may flag for review; final removal requires a senior admin or Erik Courtney. Grail Den is not liable for losses arising from listings that circumvent these standards.
Autographs require third-party authentication. Screen Grade is built in (one-tap from any listing); PSA, JSA, Beckett, and SWAU certs are accepted too. Pick the authenticator the item calls for.
